Grow in Prayer

The Didde Center has many opportunities for students to grow in prayer
and develop their personal relationship with God.

“Pray. In what human venture could you
have greater guarantees of success?”
–St. Josemaria Escriva

  • Spiritual Direction-Spiritual Direction gives students (along with any others who are interested) a chance to meet with a Spiritual Director to reflect on life as it is being lived, to recognize God’s action and remember God’s love, and to discern the next phase of their life journey.  Directors are sisters and priests who have been trained to help others to grow in their relationship with God. If interested, please ask the chaplain for more information.

  • Adoration-Eucharistic devotion is time spent in private prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, exposed for adoration outside the celebration of the Mass.  Adoration is available every Wednesday during the school year from after Mass (about 8:30pm) to 9:30 P.M.

  • Morning/Evening Prayer- If you are interested in participating in a daily morning or evening prayer group (including the Liturgy of the Hours and/or Rosary), please contact the Didde Office.

  • Stations of the Cross-During the Lenten season, the Stations of the Cross devotion is held on Thursday evenings.  It provides the prayerful opportunity for you to follow Jesus and His way to the Cross.  Please check the Bulletin for more information.
